1. Product Description
Copper Nickel Plate is a high‑strength, corrosion‑resistant copper‑nickel alloy plate intended for demanding aqueous environments. The alloy system is based on copper with nickel as the primary solute, plus iron and manganese to enhance resistance to erosion and high‑velocity flow. Principal grades are 90/10 CuNi (C70600) and 70/30 CuNi (C71500). These plates exhibit excellent resistance to seawater corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, and bio‑settling. They are manufactured via hot rolling and optional cold rolling, with dimensions conforming to ASTM B171, ASME SB171, and EN 1652 standards. Plates can be supplied in annealed, quarter‑hard, half‑hard, and full‑hard tempers, with surfaces ranging from plain mill finish to polished or chequered patterns.
