1. Product Description

Copper Nickel Plate is a low‑alloy copper‑nickel plate containing 10% or 30% nickel with controlled iron and manganese additions, specifically developed for high‑velocity seawater and marine atmospheric service. The alloy exhibits exceptional resistance to uniform corrosion, impingement attack, and crevice corrosion in chloride‑bearing environments. Principal designations are CuNi90/10 (UNS C70600) and CuNi70/30 (UNS C71500), along with Chinese grades BFe10‑1‑1 and BFe30‑1‑1. Plates are produced via hot rolling (HR) for thicknesses ≥5 mm, and cold rolling (CR) for thicknesses 0.4–4 mm. Delivery conditions include annealed (soft), 1/4 hard, 1/2 hard, and full hard. Surface finishes offered: HR pickled (ASTM #1), CR bright (ASTM #2B), polished (mirror or satin), and chequered (diamond, teardrop, or lentil). All products meet ASTM B171, ASME SB171, or GB/T 15272.
